Daca ai ocazia sa vizitezi Singapore, asigura-te ca petreci cel putin o noapte la faimosul hotel Marina Bay Sands. Punctul culminant al sederii tale va fi cu siguranta minunata piscina infinita. Cu privelisti uluitoare si luxul fara egal, este o experienta pe care nu vrei sa o ratezi.

On my adventure to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, I discovered a world of luxury and innovation. The tallest infinity pool on Earth, standing an astonishing 340 meters above the ground is right there 💗. As I dipped my feet into the clear waters, I felt like I was floating between the sky and the vibrant city below… for sure I will cherish these memories for a lifetime. In aventura mea la Marina Bay Sands din Singapore, am descoperit o lume a luxului si inovatiei. Cea mai inalta piscina infinita din lume, la 340 de metri deasupra solului, este chiar acolo 💗. In timp ce imi scufundam picioarele in apele limpezi, a fost ca si cum as fi plutit intre cer si orasul vibrant de dedesubt… cu siguranta sunt amintiri pe care le voi pastra o viata intreaga.

What to Visit in Singapore? Ce sa vizitezi in Singapore?
Of course, you must visit Gardens by the Bay! I was amazed by the beauty of this huge urban nature park, spanning a massive 101 hectares (approximately equivalent to 141 football fields in size). The Supertree Grove was the standout feature, tall gardens built around giant alien trees. As the sun went down, the Supertrees are lit up with dazzling lights and sound show, creating a magical sight. You can also explore the Cloud Forest, a wonderland dom filled with plants and a stunning waterfall. And the Flower Dome, showcasing a wide variety of flowers from all over the world. Desigur, trebuie sa vizitezi Gardens by the Bay! Am fost uimita de frumusetea acestui imens parc urban, care se intinde pe o suprafata uriasa de 101 hectare (aproximativ 141 de terenuri de fotbal). Cel mai impresionant a fost Supertree Grove, gradinile inalte cosntruite in jurul unor copaci uriasi extraterestii. Odata cu apusul soarelui, copacii sunt luminati cu o show de lumini si muzica, creand o priveliste magica. Poti explora si Cloud Forest, un dom in care au construit o lume minunata plina de plante si o cascada impresionanta. Sau Flower Dome, in care este expusa o mare varietate de flori din intreaga lume.

Next on the visiting list was the vibrant and culturally rich Chinatown in Singapore. Here you will experience the unique fusion of Chinese traditions and Singaporean charm.

One of the main highlights of Chinatown is the Sri Mariamman Temple, a stunning Hindu temple adorned with intricate carvings and vibrant colors.

 Mai apoi pe lista de vizitat am avut vibrantul si plin de cultura cartier chinezesc din Singapore. Aici  experimentezi fuziunea unica dintre traditiile chinezesti si farmecul singaporez.

Unul dintre punctele de atractie principale ale cartierului chinezesc este Templul Sri Mariamman, un superb templu hindus decorat cu sculpturi intricate si culori vibrante.

Swimsuit Season: Monochrome summer in black and green

RO: Haideti la mare! Vara a sosit, asa ca un post scurt despre costume de baie mi se pare potrivit. O sa incep cu o intrebare, cate costume de baie aveti in garderoba?

Eu am 8, pentru o persoana care nu stie sa inoate si NU are stare sa leneveasca la soare pentru a se bronza, sunt multe…. Ce credeti?

EN: Let’s go to the sea side! Summer is here, so a short blog post about swimsuits is appropriate. I will start with a question, how many swimsuits do you have?

I have 8, for a person that does not know how to swim and does NOT have patience to linger in the sun just to get tan, are too much. What do you think?

RO: O sa va scriu despre cele mai noi, le-am comandat online si ar ajuta o parere despre ele. Cred ca multe dintre voi sunteti familiare cu Zaful.com (sigur v-au aparut reclame pe vreun canal de social media).

Dupa ce am citit cateva reviewuri online, am decis sa comand 3 seturi (doua negre, am vrut bikinul de la un set si topul de la celalalt):

EN: I will write about the newest of them, because I bought them online and I am sure that a review will help. I think many of you are familiar with Zaful.com (for sure you must have seen an ad on a social media channel).

After searching reviews online, I decided to order 3 sets (two 2 black because I wanted the bikini from one model and the top from the another):

  3. Ribbed Scrunch Butt Wrap Bikini Set – Camouflage Green

RO: PRO: calitatea materialelor; modul de productie; pretul – aprox. 20 dolari/set; descrierea produselor de pe website este corecta; marimile se potrivesc (S este ideal pentru o tinuta petite) – a sa primit exact produsele pe care le vedeti in poze.

CONTRA: doar unul singur, timpul de livrare este destul de lung, cand am comandat eu au fost expediate de peste ocean; acum obsev ca au o versiune a websiteului si pentru Europa (dar, cred in continuare ca cel mai probabil comanda va ajunge dupa vara).

O sa postez poze cu celelalte 2 costume pe Instagram, pe parcursul verii 🙂

EN: PROS: quality of the materials; manufacturing; price – aprox. 20 dollars/set; the description of the products is accurate; sizes are ok (S is ideal for a petite figure) – you will get exactly what you see in the pictures.

CONS: just one, delivery time is long, unfortunately when I ordered the delivery was from across the ocean; now I see they have a version of the website for Europe (but I still think that you will probably get your order after summer).

I will post on Instagram pictures with the other two bathing suits, during the summer.

Weekend vibes: Red maxi dress, denim jacket and no high heels

RO: Zilele de weekend pentru mine inseamna blugi si incaltaminte fara toc, dar in fiecare an, la inceput de vara imi propun sa port mai multe fuste/rochii si mai putin pantaloni. Asa ca, iata o combinatie pe care o intalniti cu siguranta destul de des prin oras, potrivita si pentru o configuratie mignona, maxi dress cu tenesi.

  ENG: In weekends my go-to clothes are jeans and shoes without high-heels, but each year, when summer is around the corner I set myself on wearing more often skirts/dresses and less pants. That’s why I chose a mix that you will for sure see pretty often on the streets, suitable for a petite silhouette, maxi dress with sneakers.

RO: Totusi, o rochie maxi vine cu anumite provocari pentru o petita, lungimea… solutia pe care am ales-o in acset caz a fost cureaua; nu-mi doresc sa calc pe rochie si sa cad, sa ma impiedic in ea sau chiar sa o rup. Ridici rochia, o fixezi la lungimea potrivita si o prinzi la mijloc cu o curea, simplu. Modelul m-a ajutat, dar solutia se poate aplica aproape la toate modelele de rochii maxi.

  ENG: However, a maxi dress comes with some challenges for a petite, the length … for me the solution was to use a belt, I was not looking forward to step on the dress and falling or getting struck in it. You just set the dress at your desired length and set it around your waist with a belt. The model of the dress helped me, but this solution can be applied to the vast majority of designs.

RO: In final, as vrea sa subliniez inca o data cat de fain va puteti distra combinand culori, sa nu aveti retineri. Eu am ponit de la rosu si albastru (rochia si geaca), adaugand apoi si mai multe culori prin tenesi si geanta. Am fost atenta ca albastrul si rosu sa se regaseasca in restul elementelor din tinuta, iar cureaua neagra este sustinuta cromatic de negrul din tenesi.

BONUS: Inlocuieste tenesii cu o pereche de saboti sau platforme si ai un outfit de seara 🙂

  ENG: And last but not least, I would like to emphasize once again don’t be afraid of colors, play with them. I started from red and blue (dress and jacket), then add more colors with the sneakers and the bag. I was just careful to have blue and red in the other items of the outfit. The black from the belt is chromatically supported by the black in the sneakers.

BONUS: Replace the sneakers with a pair of clogs or platforms and you have an evening outfit 🙂

Black pencil dress: sleeve tattoo at the office

RO: Dupa o perioada destul de lunga (mai mult de un an) am revenit pe blog cu un post nou, prin care vreau sa va arat o idee de a imbunatati o rochie simpla de birou. Este o solutie care se aplica pentru rochiile fara maneci si este perfecta pentru zilele din an mai putin calduroase: luati pe sub rochie o bluzita subtire, see-through (e important sa fie transparenta si pe corp, pentru a aduce o anumita delicatete tinutei). V-am zis ca este o idee simpla 😉

  ENG: After a fairly long period (more than a year) I’ve returned on the blog with a new post, where I want to show you an idea of how you can improve a simple office dress. It is a solution that applies to sleeveless dresses and is perfect for the not so warm days of the year: use a thin, see-through blouse under the dress (it’s important for the blouse to be tight on your body and transparent, it brings a certain delicacy to the outfit). I told you it was a simple idea 😉

RO: Am vazut aceasta solutie la una dintre colegele de la birou. Este un mod foarte smart prin care poti alcatui look-uri diferite pornind de la aceeasi piesa principala, rochia 😉

In cazul meu, am folosit o bluzita see-through cu elemente florale, aranjate in asa fel incat ai impresia ca am ambele brate tatuate. I love this!

  ENG: I saw this solution at one of my colleagues in the office. It’s a smart way in which you can achieve different looks from the same main piece, the dress 😉

In my case, I used a see-through blouse with floral elements arranged in such a manner that gives the impression of sleeves tattoos. I love this!

RO: Adaugand piese colorate in jurul unei rochii negre tip creion (sau croiul care va avantajeaza pe fiecare), poti construi o tinuta nu foarte riguroasa, dar potrivita pentru birou. Pornind de la aceasta idee, pe langa elementele clasice – rochia si pantofii negri -, am alaturat elemente colorate, care luate individual nu fac parte neaparat din categoria office – bluza see-through si geaca de piele verde.   

  ENG: By adding colored pieces around a black pencil dress (or any kind of dress that is suitable for you), you can build an office outfit that is not very rigorous. Starting from this desired outcome, besides the classic elements – black dress and shoes – I added colored items that are not necessarily part of the office category – see-through blouse and green leather jacket.

RO: Mai departe, va puteti juca si cu alegerea dresurilor. La randul lor pot schimba lookul, pot ajuta o silueta petita, cum am eu. De aceea am optat pentru un dres cu dunga neagra pe spatele picioarelor 😛

 ENG: Furthermore, you can also play with the tights. They can change the look and help a petite figure, like mine. That’s why I choose a pair with back lines on the back of the leg, to make them look longer… shhhh 😛
